These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Nebular Studio and its associated websites and services (collectively, the Service), provided by Nebular Streams (Nebular, we, us or our).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
Nebular Studio provides tools for configuring, managing, processing and enriching live video streams. Available functions may depend on your account, organization, subscription or separate commercial agreement.
We may improve, modify or discontinue parts of the Service. We will use reasonable efforts to avoid material disruption and to communicate significant changes when appropriate.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring that your authorized users comply with these Terms.
Please notify us promptly if you believe that an account or credential has been compromised. You may not share access outside your organization unless expressly authorized by Nebular.
Permitted use
Nebular grants you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Service for your organization’s legitimate business purposes, subject to these Terms and any applicable commercial agreement.
You must not:
- use the Service unlawfully or to infringe the rights of others;
- upload or transmit malicious code, or attempt to disrupt or bypass the security of the Service;
- access accounts, systems or data without authorization;
- reverse engineer, copy, resell or redistribute the Service except where expressly permitted by law or by Nebular; or
- use the Service in a manner that could materially impair it for other users.
Your content
You retain ownership of the video, audio, graphics, templates, data and other materials that you provide to the Service (Your Content).
You grant Nebular a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, transmit and display Your Content only as necessary to provide, secure and support the Service. We do not acquire ownership of Your Content or use it for unrelated purposes.
You are responsible for Your Content and confirm that you have the rights and permissions required to use it. You must not provide content that is unlawful, infringes third-party rights or violates an applicable agreement.
Nebular property
The Service, its software, documentation, design and branding are owned by Nebular Streams or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service granted above, no rights are transferred to you.
Feedback may be used by Nebular to improve the Service without restriction or obligation, provided that it does not identify you or disclose Your Content as our own.
Availability and support
We aim to provide a reliable Service, but availability may be affected by maintenance, internet conditions, third-party providers or events outside our reasonable control. Specific service levels, support commitments or remedies apply only when included in a separate written agreement.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, comply with law, address a security risk, prevent abuse or respond to a material breach of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination. Provisions concerning ownership, liability and governing law continue to apply where relevant.

Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nebular disclaims implied warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms or in a separate written agreement.
Nebular is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of business or loss caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of Spain, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. If a change materially affects your use of the Service, we will use reasonable means to provide notice. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of them.
